CoinCola Will Stop Offering Services to Hong Kong Customers

Dear Hong Kong Customers,

In response to local government regulatory requirements, CoinCola will stop offering services to Hong Kong customers while ensuring the security of their assets, as follows:

1. Registration

Starting from June 1, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC+8), new account registrations from the Hong Kong region will be prohibited, and the identity verification feature for Hong Kong customers will be disabled.

2. Deposits

Starting from June 1, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC+8), the deposit function for Hong Kong customers and the Hong Kong region will be closed.

3. Trading

Starting from June 1, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC+8), all trading functions for Hong Kong customers and the Hong Kong region will be disabled.

4. Withdrawals

Hong Kong customers can still log in to their accounts in the Hong Kong region but only for viewing account information and applying for withdrawals. No trading activities will be allowed, and the withdrawal function will be available until May 31, 2024. Hong Kong customers holding assets are strongly encouraged to complete their withdrawals before this date.
