All cryptocurrency deposits are free, but there is a minimum deposit requirement for on-chain deposits for each cryptocurrency. Due to wallet technology reasons, we do not support stackable deposit addresses. If a deposit amount falls below the specified minimum limit, the funds will be permanently lost. Even if subsequent deposits meet the minimum requirement, the initial deposit will not be credited to your wallet.
Regarding the minimum on-chain deposit amount:
Please note that other platforms deduct transaction fees when conducting on-chain transactions, resulting in the received amount being lower than the amount sent. To ensure successful crediting, ensure your transfer amount after deducting fees is not below the minimum deposit limit.
Below are the minimum deposit limits required for on-chain deposits.

You can find the Hash ID (Transaction ID) in the transaction details, and then use a blockchain explorer to check the corresponding deposit details. If you cannot find the Hash ID (Transaction ID), you can also search for all transaction records associated with the deposit address.
