If you have made a deposit of a cryptoto your CoinCola account is missing or you cannot find it, there may be several reasons why.
Below are some of the most common reasons that you should check:
1. Deposit Amount Below the Minimum Limit
CoinCola has set a minimum deposit limit for each cryptocurrency and accordingly informs users. If you deposit an amount below this limit, the funds will be permanently lost. Please refer to “Minimum Requirements for Cryptocurrency Deposits”.If you are unsure about your deposit amount, please refer to "How to Check Deposits and Withdrawals on the Blockchain" to understand your transaction details.
2. Depositing Unsupported Crypto or Using an Unsupported Network
CoinCola only supports the deposit of tokens listed on each trader’s assets page and their respective standard blockchain networks. Please refer to “Explanation of Supported Blockchain Networks on CoinCola”. If you deposit unsupported cryptocurrencies or use an unsupported network, we will do our best to recover your digital assets and charge a manual and technical fee. If recovery is unsuccessful, CoinCola will refund the fee. Please refer to “Fill in the Wrong Address or Information When Depositing”.
3. Depositing Through a Smart Contract
CoinCola currently does not support deposits through any smart contracts. If deposits are made through ETH and GUSD smart contracts, we will do our best to recover your digital assets and charge a manual and technical fee. Please refer to “Fill in the Wrong Address or Information When Depositing”.
4. Deposits with Invalid or Missing Tag/Memo
For XRP and EOS deposits, if the incorrect tag/memo is entered, and if your deposit meets the minimum recovery threshold, we will automatically help you recover the assets. Please refer to “Fill in the Wrong Address or Information When Depositing”.
5. On-Chain Transaction Status is Pending or Unconfirmed
The speed of on-chain transactions is determined by the miner fees provided by the sender and the level of network congestion. If the sender provides a low miner fee, it will take longer for the transaction to reach the account. Network congestion will affect the transfer rate on the sender’s platform, so please be patient. Please refer to “How to Check Deposits and Withdrawals on the Blockchain”.
6. Technical Issues on the Sending Platform
Sometimes, delays or issues may occur due to technical problems on the platform from which you are sending the cryptocurrency. In such cases, you may need to contact the support team of the sending platform for assistance.
7. Incorrect Deposit Address
Double-check the deposit address you entered to ensure it is correct. If you enter the wrong address, your funds may be lost or sent to another user's wallet.
8. Network Delays or Congestion
Heavy network traffic can cause delays in transaction processing times. If the blockchain network is experiencing high traffic, transactions may take longer to confirm.
