How to Delete My CoinCola Account?

You can delete your CoinCola account on the CoinCola website or app. Please note that account deletion is irreversible. 

How to delete my account on the CoinCola website?

1. Log in to your CoinCola account and hover over the [Profile] icon. Go to [User Center].

2. Scroll down to [Account security] and click [Delete] next to [Delete Account].

3. If you still have assets in your account, you can click [Back] and transfer your assets to another account first. If you don’t, these assets will be lost and cannot be recovered. click [Delete Account] to proceed.

4. Read the risk notice of account deletion carefully and understand that account deletion is irreversible. Click [Cancel] to cancel account deletion, and click [Continue] to submit your account deletion application.

5. Your account deletion request has been submitted. You can click [Revoke] to cancel this account deletion request within a certain period.

How to delete my account on the CoinCola App?

1. Log in to your CoinCola app and go to [Account Center]. 

2. Go to [Security Center]. Tap [Delete Account].

3.If you still have assets in your account, you can click [Back] and transfer your assets to another account first. If you don’t, these assets will be lost and cannot be recovered. click [Delete Account] to proceed.
