1. Reset Your Fund Password:
1)You can click the "Release Coins" button in the order chat interface, and in the pop-up window, select the "Forgot Password" option to reset your payment password according to the prompts.
2)Alternatively, you can also click "Security Center" in the account interface, find and select the "Payment Password" option, and follow the instructions to proceed.
2. Verification Code Issue:
If you encounter difficulties receiving the verification code during the payment password reset process, please contact our customer service team via the in-app customer service function. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
3. Initiate a Dispute:
If you face difficulties with the above operations, you can choose to initiate a dispute and clearly state in the order that you have received the payment but are unable to release the coins due to a forgotten payment password. Once our moderator intervenes in the dispute and sees your information, they will assist you in releasing the coins.
Please note that the payment password and login password are different, and the fund password must be at least 6 bytes in length.
After resetting the payment password, you can continue to sell and release coins, but withdrawals will require a 24-hour waiting period.
