If you are unable to receive the phone verification code, you can request to change your verification method from phone number to email. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to dispatch@coincola.com with the subject line 'Apply for Phone Number Verification to Email Verification'.

In the email, include the following information:
- Your CoinCola username (or registered phone number).
- Front and back pictures of your ID card, along with a selfie of you holding the ID card (Please ensure that your ID card is verified and matches the information on CoinCola).
- A brief description of the problem you're facing.
After you send the email, our team will process your request within two working days.
Please note that if your account is not verified, we won't be able to assist you in changing the email verification method.
