1. If you have not paid
You created an order and did not pay. The seller never responds, you can cancel the order manually, and the digital currency will be returned from the escrow to the seller's Coincola wallet.
2. If you have paid
You have created an order and completed the payment, please click "I have paid" (otherwise the order will time out and cause a loss of funds). If the seller keeps not responding, you can open the dispute and wait for the customer service to intervene. Until the dispute is resolved, the digital currency will always be safely hosted on the platform. Please provide your valid proof of payment in the order. Once the customer service has verified that the seller has repeatedly maliciously failed to release the currency, we will restrict the seller's account.
