There are usually four reasons why the transfer does not arrive, as follows:
1. Network congestion
Your transaction is currently in a pending confirmation state and has not yet reached CoinCola. Due to increased network congestion, there is a higher number of unconfirmed transactions. Transactions with higher mining fees are prioritized for confirmation, while those with lower fees may experience longer confirmation times.
We advise you to be patient and allow some time for miners to confirm the transaction. Typically, as network congestion reduces, pending transactions are gradually processed and confirmed. Please keep in mind that the exact waiting time depends on the current network conditions and the specific cryptocurrency involved.
2. Below the minimum deposit request
After the transferor deducts the transaction fee, the actual amount of BTC transferred to CoinColade must be at least 0.0001 BTC; otherwise, the assets will not be credited and cannot be refunded.
You can check the transfer details on the transferee to confirm the remaining amount of BTC after deducting the handling fee. The minimum required amount for transferring other currencies to CoinCola is as follows:

3. Smart contract transfer
CoinCola does not support the transfer of ETH, USDT-ERC20 and GUSD smart contracts. If the transferer’s wallet uses smart contracts to transfer your ETH, USDT-ERC20 or GUSD to CoinCola, we need to charge a 50USDT technology recovery fee. Please contact online customer service to register. NOTE: When you transfer ETH, USDT-ERC20 or GUSD to CoinCola, you must ask whether the transferor uses the smart contract transfer method.
4. Deposit to CoinCola in different cryptocurrency
Regarding the transfer error, specifically the mistaken transfer within the same cryptocurrency but across different networks, this is an issue that requires special technical handling. Due to the technical characteristics of different networks, we cannot guarantee that all similar errors can be resolved. We will first ask our technical team to verify your specific situation to determine whether it is possible to retrieve your funds.
