After the trial operation of our “ CoinCola's notice on handling fee ” in September 14th, 2018, we got tons of positive feedback from our users.
In order to provide our users the best product and trading experience, CoinCola will upgrade our wallet service, and the processing fee for the internal transfer in the CoinCola platform (Funds transfer is still free). Below are the details:
- Increase the free internal transfer line. Namely, users will not be charged for any processing fees under a certain amount of internal transfer, and the amount will not be accumulated. If your transfer amount beyond that line, the processing fees will be deducted according to the network transaction fee for those exceeding amount. (Please refer to the below table for the details)
- This Adjustment will not affect the internal transfer in your own account in CoinCola. Namely, there is no processing fee if you transfer your funds from your OTC account to the exchange account in CoinCola.
- The adjustment will be officially implemented at 0:00 (UTC +8) on Dec. 19th, 2018, and other services will not be affected during the upgrade period.
