Users occasionally fill in the wrong address or currency information when depositing coins. CoinCola would like to remind you:Please check carefully before depositing.
If you make a mistake by accident, after submitting the application, we will do our best to help you retrieve your coins and charge a certain service fee. If it cannot be retrieved successfully, CoinCola will refund the fee for free. CoinCola cannot support the transfer of different coins to other platforms.
1.Below the minimum deposit amount
CoinCola sets a minimum deposit amount for each coin. If the amount you deposit is lower than the minimum amount, we do not support the retrieval service, please deposit after checking it!
2.Wrong transfer between platform currencies
If the user makes mistakes in the operation of different coins in the platform (such as BTC deposit to BCH address, BCH deposit to BTC address, USDT deposit to BTC address, BTC deposit to USDT address, etc.), CoinCola will charge 0.1BTC service fee.
3.Transfer of smart contracts
CoinCola does not support the transfer of ETH, USDT-ERC20 and GUSD smart contracts, CoinCola will charge 50USDT service fee. For the transfer of EOS smart contract, CoinCola cannot support the retrieval service.
4.Wrong or missing tag code when depositing XRP
The user did not carefully understand the XRP deposit steps, and did not fill in or fill in the wrong tag code when depositing XRP to CoinCola. CoinCola sets 1000 XRP as the minimum processing threshold and charges 5% XRP service fee
5.Wrong or missing memo code when depositing EOS
The user did not carefully understand the EOS deposit steps, and the memo code was not filled in or filled in wrong when depositing EOS to the CoinCola. CoinCola sets 50 EOS as the minimum processing threshold, and charges 5EOS service fee.
6.Transfer to different coins on other platforms
The user made mistakes in operations and transferred to different currencies on other platforms. CoinCola cannot support to retrieve this. However, the tags transferred from XRP and the memo transferred from EOS are returned because they do not meet the requirements of the other party's platform, CoinCola can support the retrieval.
If you encounter the above situations, please contact customer service, explain the situation and apply for retrieval (relevant certification materials are required). The retrieval process generally takes 2-3 weeks, please be patient and wait for the technical staff to handle it.
