If you do not have access to your old phone number:
- Photos of the front and back (if applicable) of your identification document(ID card/Driver License/Passport, if you are verified already please send the document you used to verify your account).
- A selfie with holding your identity documents, making sure your face and identity documents are clearly visible.
- The receipt or payment voucher of the new mobile phone number which can prove that the new mobile phone number is owned by your real name of the account.
The subject of the email indicates your original and new phone number, real name, CoinCola username + Apply to change the binding phone number.
If you have access to your old phone number:
Step 1:Log in to your Coincola account
Click on your username in the top right of the screen to enter the ‘User Center’ page and click the ‘Settings’ link in the User Center menu bar.
For CoinCola mobile app users, select ‘Me’ in the navigation bar and then ‘Settings’.
Step 2:Navigate to ‘Bind phone’ and click ‘Change’
Click on ‘Get verification code from old phone number ’ and enter the code. Repeat the process with your new mobile phone number.
Click on ‘The original phone number verification’ and enter the code. Repeat the process with your new mobile phone number.
