CoinCola has a requirement for the deposit amount and sets a minimum deposit amount limit. If you sent the cryptocurrencies below the minimum deposit limit, we do not support the retrieval service for that currently, and please check the tips on the deposit page carefully!
The second type: Deposit to the wrong CoinCola wallet address
If you accidentally made mistakes as followings:
.CoinCola supports finding the cryptocurrencies which are listed on CoinCola transferred wrong back like if you sent BTC to BCH address, sent BCH to BTC address, sent USDT to BTC address, sent BTC to USDT address, sent EOS to BTC address, etc.);
.CoinCola doesn’t support finding the cryptocurrencies which are not listed on CoinCola back (For example, ETC, NEM and other cryptocurrencies which are not listed on CoinCola and was sent to the BTC, BCH, USDT, XRP, EOS, etc. address of CoinCola);
.Deposit to CoinCola from ETH or GUSD smart contracts (Because CoinCola does not support depositing from ETH smart contracts into CoinCola ETH addresses and GUSD smart contracts into CoinCola GUSD addresses now).
In response to the above three situations, CoinCola will charge 0.1BTC as a fee because of the labor and technical cost.
The third type: Forgot to fill out the tag code or filled out the wrong tax code for XRP
If you forgot to fill out the tag code or you filled out the wrong tag code when you depositing XRP to or withdrawing XRP from CoinCola wallet because of lacking the full understanding of the XRP transfer rules and need to find it back, we will need to confirm if we can handle your case based on the situation first and start to handle it after we accept that, due to the difficulty of finding the lost XRP back, CoinCola only provides such services for the applied amount not lower than 1000XRP and CoinCola will charge 5% of the amount you applied to find back as a fee because of the labor and technical cost.
The fourth type: Deposit ETH to CoinCola hot wallet
In the case where the user directly sent ETH to the CoinCola hot wallet address, CoinCola will charge a labor and technical cost fee of 0.05 ETH.
The fifth type: Forgot to fill out the memo code or filled out the wrong memo code for EOS
If you forgot to fill out the memo code or you filled out the wrong memo code when you depositing EOS to or withdrawing EOS from CoinCola wallet because of lacking the full understanding of the EOS transfer rules and need to find it back, we will need to confirm if we can handle your case based on the situation first and start to handle it after we accept that, due to the difficulty of finding the lost EOS back, CoinCola only provides such services for the applied amount not lower than 50EOS and CoinCola will charge 5 EOS per time you applied to find the EOS back as a fee because of the labor and technical cost.
If you encountered anyone of the above situations, please contact the online customer service through the official CoinCola website or CoinCola APP, describe the situation and apply for finding the cryptocurrencies you lost back (The relevant certification materials are required to provide to the customer support team). The whole recovery process usually takes 2-3 weeks after we have finished the arrangement, please wait patiently for the technician team to deal with it.
Please check the deposit or withdrawal address, cryptocurrency and other information like memo code for EOS and tag code for XRP carefully before depositing or withdrawing.
