Announcement on Ceasing Services for Users in Singapore

We regret to announce the discontinuation of our services in Singapore. While we have greatly enjoyed serving this vibrant community, the evolving regulatory landscape presents unique challenges that necessitate this difficult decision. Please be assured that this decision was only made after careful consideration and thorough assessment aimed at ensuring alignment with all applicable laws and regulations and ultimately safeguarding the interests of all our users.

The key points of our withdrawal plan are as follows:

1. Account Registration: Effective from 5th July 2024, all new account registration (acquiring new customers) in Singapore has been ceased.
2. Deposits and Trading: Effective from 15th July 2024, all deposit and trading functionalities will be disabled for users in Singapore.
3. Withdrawals: Users in Singapore will continue to retain login access to view their account information and initiate withdrawals. However, no further trading will be possible. The withdrawal function will remain available until 5th November 2024. We strongly encourage all affected users to complete their withdrawals before this date.

We understand that this change may cause inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. We have always been committed to providing secure and reliable services and we are deeply grateful for the support and trust of our users in Singapore.
