In response to local government regulations, CoinCola will stop offering services to Mainland China customers on the premise that ensures the safety of customer assets.
From now until 24:00:00 on February 28, 2022 (UTC+8), CoinCola will gradually stop providing services to Mainland China customers according to the following schedule:
1. Registration
Registration in Mainland China is prohibited at 10:00:00 on January 20, 2022 (UTC+8). KYC verification for both individual and corporate customers (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) is disabled.
2. Margin trading
(1) Mainland China customers will not be able to make the loan of margin trading since 10:00:00 on February 23, 2022 (UTC+8).
(2) The existing margin trading position of Mainland China customers will be cancelled or closed with the market price at 10:00:00 on February 24, 2022 (UTC+8)(it is recommended that you close the position and return the token by yourself before the deadline. CoinCola is liable for any loss incurred by the systematically closing position).
(3) Mainland China customers will not be able to take a position in margin trading since 10:00:00 on February 25, 2022 (UTC+8).
3. Spot trading
Mainland China customers will not be able to take a position in spot trading since 10:00:00 on February 25, 2022 (UTC+8). And the existing positions of Mainland China customers will be cancelled.
4. Deposit
Mainland China customers will not be able to deposit since 10:00:00 on February 25, 2022 (UTC+8). (Customers in other non-restricted countries and regions are not affected by this).
5. OTC trading
The Chinese CNY OTC market will be delisted at 24:00:00 on February 28, 2022, (UTC+8).
Withdrawal protection period:
Registered customers are still able to access CoinCola, check account information and make withdrawals in Mainland China. The withdrawal function will be available for 2 years (the specific closing time will be notified separately).
