The management of vendor who post fiat offer

Dear CoinCola users,

In order to optimize the trading experience, Starting this week,CoinCola will manage vendor who post fiat offer. If the vendor’s Order Completion Rate is less than 70% within a week,He will be punished.Gift Card Trade are not affected by this management.

Order Completion Rate = Number of Successful Order / Number of Created Order.

1) For the first punishment, Vendor are banned from posting fiat offer for 3 days;

2) For the second punishment, Vendor are banned from posting fiat offer for 7 days;

3) For the third punishment, Vendors are permanently banned from posting fiat offer;

Note:

1.Failed orders caused by the vendor’s own problems will be counted;

2.When the vendor is not online, please remove fiat offer in time;

3.Users who place orders maliciously and then cancel will be punished;

4.Gift card transactions are not affected by this management.
