The management of gift card vendor

Dear CoinCola gift card vendors：

In order to regulate the transaction behavior of gift card vendors, Starting this week, CoinCola will manage gift card vendor’s Order Completion Rate and Dispute. 

Within a week, if the vendor’s Order Completion Rate is less than 70% or much Dispute, he will be punished. 

Order Completion Rate = Number of Successful Order / Number of Created Order.

1)For the first punishment, Vendor are banned from posting gift card offer for 3 days;

2)For the second punishment, Vendor are banned from posting fiat offer for 7 days;

3)For the third punishment, Vendors are permanently banned from posting fiat offer; 

4)Vendor has much dispute and is reported, account will be locked for 15 days, also offer will be banned permanently;

5) Vendor commits fraud, account will be locked permanently.

Note:

1.Failed orders caused by the vendor’s own problems will be counted;

2.When the vendor is not online, please remove gift card offer in time.
