In order to standardize the transaction behavior of CoinCola vendor, establish a safer and more standardized transaction environment, and improve the overall quality and reputation of platform vendor, the trading regulation of CoinCola vendor are as follows:
Note: This regulation takes effect from the date of publication, and will be improved or revised from time to time. The improved or revised new regulation will take effect from the date of update.
Basic principles to be followed in trading:
Vendor should strictly abide by the basic principles of honest transactions, timely payment, quick release coins, no malicious lock order, no malicious place order, no cancel the order at will.
Basic qualities required for trading:
1. Be responsible for your own offers, confirm the price and quantity of offers before publishing; remove the offers in time when leaving the operating equipment;
2. Familiar with the transfer regulations of various banks, and complete the transfer efficiently within the valid time of the order;
3. After receiving the payment from the buyer, check the amount and identity information in time, and release the coins quickly;
4. It is forbidden to remit a penny to other people's bank accounts without the consent of others to test the bank accounts;
5. Order disputes can be submitted when necessary, and malicious disputes with counterparties are prohibited;
6. It is forbidden to use any programs and other non-artificial forms of pending orders for malicious price reduction;
7. Vendors should have good service awareness and service attitude, respond in a timely manner, and use polite language;
8. Vendors should respect the customer service staff of the platform.
