How to transfer cryptocurrency assets between OTC and Exchange accounts?

There is no charge to transfer assets between your CoinCola OTC and Exchange accounts. Follow the steps below to learn how to transfer assets:

Step 1. To transfer assets from your OTC account to your Exchange account, navigate to your assets dashboard and click on the ‘OTC Account’ tab. Navigate to the coin you want to transfer, select ‘Transfer’, enter the amount and then click the ‘Transfer’ button.

 

Similarly, you can transfer assets from your Exchange account to your OTC account by navigating to the Exchange’ tab and following the same process.

 

Step 2. Once the transfer has been completed, you’ll be able to see the updated amounts in your assets dashboard.
