For buyer:
If a buyer has sent a payment to a seller but the trade has timed out due to the buyer not marking the payment as paid, please immediately do the following:
1.Use the live chat function to contact the seller with a request to restart the trade.
2.If the seller does not respond, contact the CoinCola support team with the Trade ID,describe your problem and request to restart the trade.

3.Once a trade has been restarted, the trade assets will be held in the trade escrow again. The seller will be able to release assets once payment has been confirmed.
For seller:
If a buyer does not make a payment or the payment fails, and the seller still releases trade assets, please do the following:
1.Contact the buyer via the live chat function to notify the buyer of the situation and to request payment.
2.If the buyer does not respond, please contact the CoinCola customer support team providing the Trade ID and a description of your problem.
