How to withdraw cryptocurrency from your wallet?

Step 1.

Log in to your CoinCola account. Click on ‘Assets’ (website) or ‘Wallet’ (mobile app).

Step 2

Choose the type of coin you want to withdraw and select the ‘Withdraw’ option. Enter the withdrawal address, withdraw amount, payment password, notes and click the "Confirm Withdrawal" button to complete the transfer.

 

Transfer

To transfer coins between your OTC and Exchange accounts, select the ‘Transfer’ option for your chosen coin, enter the amount and select the ‘Transfer’ button. There is no charge to transfer assets between your CoinCola OTC and Exchange accounts. For more information, see How to transfer assets between OTC and Exchange accounts?.

Before transferring assets between wallets, make sure you are sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct address, and you meet the transaction requirements of CoinCola (see notes and fees below) and the recipient. Once sent, there is no way of reversing the transaction.

 

Withdrawal requirements and Fees

Withdrawal transactions to wallets outside of CoinCola will charge a network transfer fee/Withdrawal Fee(see table below).

Withdrawal transactions to wallets of other CoinCola users are also subject to the same charging standards.

To ensure your transactions are confirmed as quickly as possible, the network transfer fee may be adjusted to account for current network congestion.
