What can I do if my OTC trading partner takes too long to pay or doesn’t pay?

• If a buyer does not pay the seller and mark payment as paid within the allotted trading time(15 minutes), the order will be automatically canceled and assets held in the trade escrow will be returned to the seller’s CoinCola wallet.
• If a seller does not release assets and the buyer didn't pay the seller, the buyer has the option to cancel the order. If the buyer has sent the payment, please open a dispute 15 minutes after the trade has ended.
