How to submit a support request

For website users

Visit the homepage and click on the ‘Support’ button on the upper right corner. Select ‘Submit a request’ and then enter your details about your problems to submit a request.

For APP users

tap on the ‘Me’ icon in the navigation bar along the bottom. Select ‘Help’, ‘+’ and then enter the details of your problems,click the upper icon to send your request.

To help us resolve your problem as quickly as possible, please describe your issue in detail, attach photos of your problem page and leave your mobile number or email address. CoinCola aims to respond to your support tickets via email within one working day.
