CoinCola Announcement to Adjust Overtime Trading Order Timeouts and Appeal Times

Dear CoinCola users:

Due to the large fluctuations in the prices of digital assets, in order to better protect the common interests of both parties in the transaction and improve transaction efficiency and experience, CoinCola decided to make the following adjustments to the order timeout period and the time for which appeals can be initiated:

1. The order overtime is adjusted from the original 30 minutes to 15 minutes, that is, the buyer must pay and mark within 15 minutes after the order is placed, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled over time.

2. The time for initiating an appeal is shortened from 30 minutes after the payment marked to 15 minutes, that is, the user can initiate an appeal 15 minutes after the order has been marked for payment.

The above adjustment will be formally implemented on 10:00 AM,March 26,2018(UTC+8). Please be familiar with the majority of users, and jointly maintain the order of the transaction.
