We ask users to pass the Identity Verification in order to comply with AML/KYC regulations. Verification helps to prevent the creation and use of fraudulent accounts on CoinCola.Identity verification can protect your account security and increase transaction limits.

All information and documents you submit for account verification are reviewed through our automated or manual verification methods. Depending on which method can be used to verify your details, account verification times can vary.

An Identity verification application consists of three steps:

Please enter the full name and ID number as in the ID, otherwise it will not pass.The full name must include Surname, Given names, Middle name (if applicable).

Step 2 Submit ID photo

you need to upload the front of your ID photo and upload a photo of yourself holding your identity document next to your face.

Make sure provide a photo of your original ID document (not a photo of a scan or copy). Whether you’re taking a photo with your phone camera or uploading it from your computer, make sure that all letters and numbers are clearly readable.

2.Upload a photo of yourself holding your identity document next to your face

A Face Photo is a photo of yourself which we can match with the photo on your ID.You must be holding the ID in your hands.Your whole face must be visible.

Make sure it meets the following requirements:

- Hold your identity document and take a selfie

- You’re look straight at the camera

- The background is a light, neutral color

- Don't be in a backlit or reflective environment

- Selfie is in colour

- No sunglasses,a hat or a headband

- Information is clearly visible

Take the photo during the daytime when the lighting is good. Don't take the photo when it's dark outside. Relying on indoor lighting makes it harder for cameras to capture details.Have your friend or family member take the photo.

Step 3 Face Verification

In this step, we will detect whether you are a living person rather than a robot, and will compare whether the faces in the video and the photo are the same.Please use the front camera to record a 3 second video.

 Make sure it meets the following requirements:

- Look straight at the camera,blink or shake your head

- Light or neutral background

- Don't be in a backlit or reflective environment

- No sunglasses,a hat or a headband

Face Verification can immediately know the result. If you pass, please wait patiently for the final Identity Verification result. If you do not pass, please follow the page prompts to complete face verification again.
